ESFJ

ESFJ's like to do things to help others and these talkative people are often found in leadership positions. ESFJ's are good social hosts but academic affairs may not receive the highest priority. When they do succeed, it's through hard work and support from teachers who appreciate their industriousness. In fact, ESFJ's may focus so much on meeting others’ expectations that they neglect their own needs. Writing isn't their favorite activity , but ESFJ's will make the effort if the goal is connecting with other people, which is why they are often found in fields such as ministry, health care, and teaching.

Below are some of the advantages and challenges ESFJ's face when writing:

Strengths

Challenges

Terrific story tellers around the campfire, adding details that add to the realism.

Write with warmth and conviction, especially when the topic is about people and they have all the details at hand.

Excellent at communicating what they feel strongly about.

Writing may look like they’re wearing their hearts on their sleeves.

May include too many details; should talk ideas over with others to avoid writing that is tedious and dull.

Have trouble with theory or data that doesn’t have a human face.
